Visual aspect
Good fluidity, with a brilliant gold yellow colour, revealing quite intense greenish reflections .


Olfactory analysis
Intense and elegant bouquet of fruitiness and herbaceou s in which stand out notes of dried artichoke, freshly -
cut grass, and spring white blossoms .


Taste
On the palate the first impact is smooth, sweet and of good fluidity. The oil is medium structured and it’s
very well balanced between the bitter and the sp icy tones, thanks to a pleasant and wrapping taste in which
we perceive clearly delicate and persistent herby notes. In the end intense notes of grass are perceived, plus a
light tingle which pleasantly prolong the perception of the olfactory/tasting persi stence.
