”Il Firmato FlavioLenardon “® is the oil for those who appreciate the tastes and scents of the  Ligurian coast, and for those who want to savour the unmistakable flavour of extra virgin olive oil coming from the highlands of Liguria, where only the variety of Taggiasca olives are produced. The Taggiasca olive is a variety that has been brought to Liguria by the Benedictine monks in the thirteenth century (the production of Taggiasca olives is minimal: less than one percent of all Italian olive production). The importance of an olive oil that comes only from restricted olive orchards (not simply from the same olive variety) is a treasure that just a few cultivators can boast about.
A diligent working people, the Ligurians, who erected towers to defend against pirates, have also built walls to hold up hills and olive groves making this inaccessible land productive with the technique of terracing. The entire environment is therefore the historical memory of man’s industriousness. Today we enjoy the fruit of this labour that has been lasting  for centuries.The history of our coast olive - not being able to take advantage of modern machinery is forced to operate as past times - is the history of human settlements.
“Tesori della Costa”® was created so that the fruit of this labour is valued and in order to save this highland olive and the olive oil that derives from it. Flavio Lenardon personally follows the olive growing process, working closely with olive oil experts and controls every producing step, from harvesting to pressing, in order to sign his achievement: IL FIRMATO Flavio Lenardon ®. To produce this oil, Tesori della Costa has an agreement with a small company, called Azienda Agricola il Frantoio in the province of Imperia. We have chosen the collaboration of a small oil mill, because we find that, working in this way, we produce a better quality which is our principal goal: a perfect fusion that  enables us to choose natural high quality ingredients which is very precious to us
